The point of this is to highlight interesting music events happening IN Frederick.
IN Frederick includes things in a 25 mile radius of the City. (That inclues Hagerstown and Leesburg)
Things considered "OUTSIDE Frederick" will be in the "Worth the Trip" section, this means outside the 25, but inside a 75 mile radius...because we had to draw the line somewhere!
The OUTSIDE THE NORM section will contain events that might not fit in the other sections. Mostly things that are outside the radius or not specifically music, but too cool to miss.
EVENT SUBMISSIONS can be made via the contact page, the WhatsApp link or the Forum.

Sandbox Brewery, free: Swamp Rats takes intricate clawhammer banjo and blends it with a driving punk rhythm fronted by gritty & soothing harmonizing vocals. Some have said the music sounds like a type of haunted that makes them happy. Folk with an edge is what most people say about Florida's "Phantom" folk band Swamp Rats.
