Seed to Roots returns for its 6th Annual Youth Arts Performance & Showcase, featuring K–12 students as they honor Black history and culture through music, dance, spoken word, theater, and visual arts. The evening highlights powerful student performances and a curated art exhibition displayed throughout the venue for a celebration of talent, culture, and community.
About Seed to Roots
Seed to Roots has become one of the region’s most anticipated youth arts events, offering students the chance to perform, create, and connect through music, dance, theater, spoken word, and visual arts. While rooted in Frederick, the 2026 showcase welcomes youth from across Maryland to participate and share in this celebration of culture and expression.

Art Exhibition – A student art gallery displayed throughout the venue, featuring work inspired by Black heritage.
