The class is also open to anyone looking for an effective alternative treatment for sleep apnea. Studies (BMJ '06) show that playing the Didgeridoo significantly reduces, and in most cases eliminates, sleep apnea. Students are welcome to bring their own Didges. Pitz will also have his hand-crafted Didges for in-class use and purchase, starting at $95 for a beginner Didge.
